It’s like a brick of soap…1lb fits in the hand!
I also got the basic molds that I wanted to use. Note that these are made of silicone. The more traditional ways use metal molds. The degustation that we had in Brugge was using hard plastic molds. This *should* make it easier to “peel” the chocolates.
